Payment Terms
- The total amount payable includes GST
- Payment can be made by credit card. The completed registration
form will be a tax invoice for GST purposes when you make
payment by credit card only. Otherwise upon registration
a tax invoice will be sent to you for payment.
- A course confirmation will be emailed to you once your
place on a course has been secured.
Course Bookings
- Minimum course number: 6
- Maximum course number: 20
- Bookings may be made on-line or via faxed registration
form
- Spaces on each course are limited and early registration
is recommended. Please check our website for availability.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be made if a written cancellation is
received more than 5 working days prior to commencement
of the course.
- A cancellation fee of 50% of the course price applies
if no other arrangements have been made at least 5 days
prior to the commencement of the course.
- The full course fee is payable for all 'no-shows'.
- Bookings may be transferred from one course to another
provided this occurs at least 5 working days before the
original course is due to commence.
- A person may be substituted for another provided this
occurs before a course begins, however it is not permissible
once a course has commenced.
- If unable to attend a course due to illness, participants
are advised to contact our office to discuss the possibility
of rescheduling.
