Payment Terms
- The total amount payable includes GST for the supply.
- Payment can be made by credit card. This completed document
will be a tax invoice for GST when you make payment by credit
card ONLY. Please keep this form for accounting purposes.
- Payment may also be made by direct debit upon receipt
of a tax invoice.
- Payment must be received prior to the commencement of
the course to secure your booking.
Course Bookings
- Bookings may be made on-line or via faxed registration
form
- Spaces on each course are limited and early registration
is recommended. Please check our website for availability.
Cancellation Policy
- A full refund will be made if a written cancellation is
received more than 10 working days prior to commencement
of the course.
- Bookings may be transferred from one course to another
provided this occurs at least 10 days before the original
course is due to commence.
- A person may be substituted for another provided this
occurs before a course begins, however it is not permissible
once a course has commenced.
- If unable to attend a course due to illness, participants
are advised to contact our office to discuss the possibility
of rescheduling.
Privacy Policy
- If registered on a Budget and Financial Essentials (BFE)
course your personal information is required by licence
with the Department of Finance and Administration to be
forwarded to that Department for monitoring purposes.
- Personal details of participants registered on all other
courses are used solely for the management of courses and
possible future marketing of relevant courses
